No activity that takes place on the road can be ever considered entirely safe, but its unquestionable that riders of two-wheeled vehicles are more likely to sustain injuries if involved in an accident. However what isn’t published is whether or not two wheeled vehicles are actually more likely to be involved in an accident in the first place. Our experience (from crash repairs) thus far has been this. 1) Inexperienced road users are significantly more likely to be involved in accidents than experienced road users, 2) high risk takers are significantly more likely to be invovled in accidents than low risk takers. The rate of accidents amongst most adult riders is extremely low. Unsurprisingly its much higher in 16 year old males. However, the good news is that 3) once an accident has been had, risk taking behaviours appears to drop considerably, and fortunately most of the accidents had are at fairly low speed (thanks to the relative low power of the machines they are riding). This can actually be an invaluable lesson before your teenage son takes the wheel of your V6 or Ute. But its also why its worth stressing the next two points. Workshop tested & great quality We are hugely fortunate that most of our pre-loved scooters & motorcycles are exactly that: Pre-LOVED.  We often have customers who have never ridden before, and at the start of their riding career aren't ready to invest in some of the bigger and more expensive in our range.  Yet give it a few months, or a year or two, they realise the value of owning a scooter or a motorcycle and how much it saves them, and all of a sudden what looked expensive before suddenly looks great value for money, and they are ready to upgrade!  And they bring them back to us to sell as they enjoy their new machine! Consequently, most of the used vehicles that we sell are in great condition!  And indeed we won't sell them unless they are at least in good condition! Regardless if kilometers they have on them, they are all workshop tested, serviced and most of them even come with warranty. And, of course, they are all registered and available to test ride - so if you are interested in one, please give us a call as soon as possible!

Ex-demos: As new with a huge discount Ex-demos are exactly that: Scooters & Motorcycles that we have used to allow our customers to try out the products before ordering them. We try to keep a good number of demo machines, so there are often opportunities for clever buyers to pick up a nearly new scooter at a significant saving, particularly if the running in service has been completed as well! For example, most of our biggest vehicles retail for $700 - $1,000 less than a new one! Generally, these will only have a few hundred kilometers on the clock, and a reasonable mount of registration still on them. AND the vast majority of the manufacturer warranty left. So generally, they are a really good deal! How about ordering your next demonstrator? Now given that our business strategy utilises a number of demos (we prefer not to use showroom models for test rides), even smarter customers come and see us BEFORE we order the next demo of the particular vehicle, in the particular colour that they want! We are happy to order our next demo in to match a customers preference, such that when its agreed demo days are done (normally just 3 months), the customer can pick it up (subject to their final inspection and approval of course!).  [...]
