CURRENTLY OPEN POSITIONS

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesperson to join our growing team at Ace Scooters & Motorcycles | CFMoto Balcatta, one of Perth’s larger two-wheel specialists with over 50 different vehicles on offer. We live and breathe two-wheeled transportation and are passionate about sharing that enthusiasm with our customers.

With the CFMoto brand experiencing rapid growth and introducing 4-5 new motorcycle models annually, we are at the forefront of an exciting motorcycle revolution. Furthermore, we are leading the charge in the electric revolution, with new urban and recreational models that will shape the future of two-wheeled transportation.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding customers towards the ideal vehicle and ensuring their satisfaction continues beyond the initial purchase.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage the sales process and provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Arrange and manage test rides and demos, providing potential customers with personalized assistance.
  • Expand our customer base and social media presence through online engagement, targeted campaigns, and strategic brand development.
  • Collaborate with the Dealer Principal and team to orchestrate and implement successful campaigns and events, strengthening our brands.

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of the motorcycle industry, and enthusiasm for both scooters and motorcycles alike.
  • Outstanding sales ability and communication skills, using up-to-date tools.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Initiative to actively pursue sales leads and opportunities without being pushy.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to inspire both customers and colleagues.
  • Motorcycle License is essential, Motor Vehicle Sales License is a bonus.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

We are looking for a qualified pair of hands to join our workshop in Balcatta,. You must either have a Motor Vehicle Mechanic certificate or demonstrate good experience and understanding with small to medium sized, multi cylinder engines.

You will diagnose, customise, repair, and overhaul scooters as well as small to medium capacity motorcycles, perform routine maintenance including replacing fluids and changing tyres and use diagnostic equipment to measure generator output, ignition timing or other engine performance indicators.

Depending on your skill level, you may repair transmissions, brakes or drive chains, use hand and power tools to replace parts, dismantle and reassemble engines, as well as report job cards and issue parts and consumables to the relevant jobs.

We re looking for somebody who is flexible and motivated to make a mark in the industry.

The applicant must have full working rights in Australia.

In order to be considered for this position, you should bring the following skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in servicing & repair of scooters or motorcycles of all sizes
  • A qualification as a Small Engine or Motorcycle Mechanic
  • A history of employment stability
  • Proficient and confident communication skills in English language
  • Experience and solid skills in dealing with a Workshop management system, understand technical drawings and parts systems
  • Exceptional degree of self- motivation and time management skills
  • The confidence to take initiative and demonstrate forward thinking.
  • An ability to work well with others
