SWM Silver Vase
The Silver Vase features a cool, classically stylish look with knobby tyres and an up-swept twin exhaust system that reaches up on the right hand side in quintessential scrambler fashion. While its fuel injected 440cc single cylinder engine delivers a healthy 30HP, it loves to be revved and the exhaust sounds the business as well. The motorcycle comes with 43mm conventional forks and twin rear shocks, twindial instrumentation and a rather understated bodywork.
The Silver Vase’s 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel both use hydraulic disc brakes for strong and reliable stopping power. With a seat height of 820mm and beautifully crafted, well upholstered saddle, the Gran Turismo is the perfect mount for solo and pillion riding.
We think the Silver Vase with it’s knobby tyres and high scrambler exhaust is perfect to tackle the not so smooth stuff across Australia. It’s modern fuel injection and 22.5 litre fuel tank will take you a long while from home.
As with the rest of the SWM range, the Silver Vase of manufactured in the former Husqvarna manufacturing plant in Lombardia in northern Italy. The 445.3cc air and oil-cooled four-valve engine produces 22kW of power in conjunction with a 5-speed transmission.
The Silver Vase is like the the other two siblings Gran Milano and Gran Turismo LAMS approved and a very affordable entry model of high build quality.
